Data comes from Illinois' National Electronic Disease Surveillance System (I-NEDSS) data system and may change as cases are investigated. The IDPH provides a breakdown of confirmed COVID-19 cases by age, gender and race by county and zip code. Death of a confirmed COVID-19-positive individual is reported on the website when the City receives death certificate documentation from the IDPH. These are confirmed cases of Evanston residents only.
